Mark Weech
Managing Member
Mark established Weech Financial, PLLC in January 2007. Prior to that, he was a partner in another local CPA practice for four years. Mark has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He is a native of Arizona. Mark earned his associates degree in business administration from Eastern Arizona College and graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in 1995 with a degree in Accountancy. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1996, passing the CPA exam on the first attempt. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Andrew Hales
Tax Partner
Andrew became a partner at Weech Financial, PLLC in 2018 and has been working in various roles in the company since 2013. He graduated cum laude from Arizona State University in 2013 with a degree in Accountancy and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2016 after passing all 4 sections of the CPA exam. Andrew has acquired extensive experience with small business and non-resident income tax returns. Andrew is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
